This policy describes how the "n8n" application operated by Mehmet Can Kocakurt ("I") handles Google user data. The application is a personal, self-hosted instance of the open-source n8n workflow automation tool, running at n8n.mehmetcan.space. It is used only by its owner and is not offered to the public.
With explicit consent given on Google's sign-in screen, the application may access data from the owner's own Google account in Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Docs, limited to what is needed to run the owner's automation workflows.
Google user data is used only to run automation workflows that the owner has configured, such as reading or writing spreadsheet rows, creating documents, sending emails or creating calendar events. It is not used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on a private server controlled by the owner. Workflow data is processed on the same server. Access is protected by authentication and HTTPS.
Google user data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties, except where a workflow configured by the owner explicitly sends data to another service the owner uses.
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account permissions. Stored tokens and related data can be deleted on request.
